Additional charges may apply for services such as waiting time, detention, redelivery, additional stops, inside delivery, liftgate service, driver assistance, storage, appointment changes, excessive loading or unloading time, after-hours service, tolls, permits, or other services outside the original scope.
7. Restricted and Prohibited Shipments
You may not request transportation of illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, dangerous, restricted, or prohibited goods without prior written disclosure and approval.
Restricted items may include hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco products, live animals, human remains, high-value items, temperature-sensitive products, medical specimens, cash, negotiable instruments, or other regulated commodities.
Truck Up Logistics reserves the right to reject any shipment that presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, safety, insurance, operational, or reputational risk.
8. No Guaranteed Availability or Delivery Time
Truck Up Logistics strives to provide reliable and timely service. However, website information, estimated arrival times, equipment availability, route schedules, transit times, and delivery windows are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement.
Transportation may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather, mechanical issues, facility delays, shipper or consignee delays, government actions, emergencies, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Do not rely on an unconfirmed website inquiry for emergency, critical, medical, time-sensitive, or consequential shipments.

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, credit arrangements, cancellation charges, accessorial fees, and late-payment requirements will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, credit agreement, rate confirmation, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for all authorized transportation charges and additional costs incurred in completing or attempting the requested service.
11. Acceptable Website Use
